"ARK Infra Avenues India Pvt Ltd" was founded in 1994 by P. Rama Subrahmanyam Raju(Rama Raju) experienced Civil Engineer,  with a vision to enter into core sector business, housing construction, which had an immense potential was the obvious choice at that time. ARK Infra Avenues India Pvt Ltd previous known as Sri Srinivasa Enterprises(P) Ltd and has completed more than 35 projects both residential and commercial.

For the last 30 years, the company has grown from strength to strength striving hard to transform that vision into reality. Today the company's name has become synonymous with the quality construction business in the city.
